How do I delete my account?
Open Ketoly → Profile → Delete account. Your account and all logs are removed from our systems within 30 days. If you can't access the app, email support@ketoly.app from the address on file and we'll handle it for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple, so cancellation happens in iOS Settings: tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Ketoly → Cancel. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. The fastest route is reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with your Apple ID, find the Ketoly charge, and follow the prompts. We're happy to advocate for you if needed.
Does Ketoly work without HealthKit?
Yes. HealthKit is optional. Enabling it lets Ketoly read your weight and activity from Apple Health and write your macros back, but you can use the app fully without granting permission.
I found a bug. Where do I report it?
Email support@ketoly.app with a short description and your iOS version. Screenshots help. We read every message.
