Ingredients

  • 50 g Camembert
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 pieces rosemary
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 2 stalks celery sticks

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and remove the Camembert from its packaging, placing it back into the base of its wooden box or a small oven-safe dish.
  2. Using a sharp knife, score a shallow crosshatch pattern across the top rind of the Camembert.
  3. Press the 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced, and the 2 sprigs of rosemary into the scored cuts on top of the Camembert.
  4. Scatter the 30 g of walnuts around the Camembert in the dish, allowing them to toast alongside the cheese during baking.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 14 minutes, until the Camembert is golden on top and completely melted and gooey in the centre.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes before serving directly from the dish alongside the celery sticks for dipping.
