Ingredients
- 50 g Camembert
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 pieces rosemary
- 30 g walnuts
- 2 stalks celery sticks
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and remove the Camembert from its packaging, placing it back into the base of its wooden box or a small oven-safe dish.
- Using a sharp knife, score a shallow crosshatch pattern across the top rind of the Camembert.
- Press the 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced, and the 2 sprigs of rosemary into the scored cuts on top of the Camembert.
- Scatter the 30 g of walnuts around the Camembert in the dish, allowing them to toast alongside the cheese during baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 14 minutes, until the Camembert is golden on top and completely melted and gooey in the centre.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes before serving directly from the dish alongside the celery sticks for dipping.
