Ingredients
- 50 g crab
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 pieces pepper
- 1 (juiced) lemon
Method
- Rinse and clean the crab thoroughly, then crack the claws and legs to allow the butter garlic sauce to penetrate the meat during cooking.
- Mince the 3 cloves of garlic finely and slice the 2 pieces of pepper into thin rounds.
- In a wide pan over medium heat, melt the 2 tablespoons of butter until it begins to foam, then add the minced garlic and sliced pepper, stirring continuously for about 2 minutes until the garlic turns golden and fragrant.
- Add the crab into the pan, tossing it well to coat every piece in the butter garlic mixture.
- Cover the pan and cook for approximately 10 minutes over medium heat, turning the crab halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Uncover the pan, drizzle the juice of 1 lemon over the crab, and toss everything together over high heat for a final 2 to 3 minutes to reduce and concentrate the sauce.
- Transfer the crab to a serving platter and spoon any remaining butter garlic sauce from the pan directly over the top before serving.
