  • 4 piece(s) Chicken thigh
  • 150 ml Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 stalk(s) Thyme
  • 2 clove(s) Garlic
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Saute chicken in butter until browned on all sides.
  2. Add garlic and thyme, cook for 1 min.
  3. Add apple cider vinegar and let it evaporate.
  4. Add cream, cover and simmer on low heat for 25 min.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
