Ingredients
- 4 piece(s) Chicken thigh
- 150 ml Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 stalk(s) Thyme
- 2 clove(s) Garlic
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Saute chicken in butter until browned on all sides.
- Add garlic and thyme, cook for 1 min.
- Add apple cider vinegar and let it evaporate.
- Add cream, cover and simmer on low heat for 25 min.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
