Ingredients

  • 2 piece(s) Chicken breast (skin-on)
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 100 ml Chicken broth
  • 2 stalk(s) Thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Sear chicken skin-side down in butter for 5 min.
  2. Flip and add chicken broth.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18-20 min.
  4. Remove chicken, add cream and thyme to the pan, reduce the sauce.
  5. Drizzle sauce on top and serve.
