Ingredients
- 2 piece(s) Chicken breast (skin-on)
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 100 ml Chicken broth
- 2 stalk(s) Thyme
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Sear chicken skin-side down in butter for 5 min.
- Flip and add chicken broth.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18-20 min.
- Remove chicken, add cream and thyme to the pan, reduce the sauce.
- Drizzle sauce on top and serve.
