Ingredients
- 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 4 oz (115g) Cooked kofte (beef meatballs), warmed
- 2 tbsp Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 slices Tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp Full-fat yogurt
- 1 small clove Garlic, grated
- 1/4 tsp Sumac (optional)
Method
- Stir yogurt with grated garlic and a pinch of salt.
- Spread the garlic yogurt across the keto wrap.
- Layer kofte, red onion, tomato, and parsley down the center. Dust with sumac, roll up, and halve.
