Ingredients

  • 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 4 oz (115g) Cooked kofte (beef meatballs), warmed
  • 2 tbsp Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Full-fat yogurt
  • 1 small clove Garlic, grated
  • 1/4 tsp Sumac (optional)

Method

  1. Stir yogurt with grated garlic and a pinch of salt.
  2. Spread the garlic yogurt across the keto wrap.
  3. Layer kofte, red onion, tomato, and parsley down the center. Dust with sumac, roll up, and halve.
