Ingredients
- 50 g crab meat
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 50 g cayenne
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 (juiced) lemon
Method
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to foam, about 1 minute.
- Add the mustard, cayenne, and Worcestershire sauce to the melted butter, stirring to combine into a smooth, aromatic sauce.
- Fold in the crab meat gently, ensuring it is evenly coated with the devilled sauce without breaking up the pieces.
- Cook the mixture over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the crab is heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Remove the pan from the heat and squeeze the lemon juice over the devilled crab, stirring once more to brighten the flavors before serving.
