Ingredients
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 50 g strawberries
- 30 g almond flour meringue
- 50 g vanilla
Method
- Preheat the oven to 120°C and bake the almond flour meringue for 14 minutes until lightly crisp, then allow it to cool completely.
- Hull and slice the 50 g of strawberries into small pieces and set aside.
- Whip the 100 ml of whipped cream with the 50 g of vanilla until soft, billowy peaks form.
- Break the cooled almond flour meringue into rough, irregular shards.
- Gently fold the strawberry pieces and meringue shards into the vanilla whipped cream, leaving a rustic, uneven texture.
- Spoon the mixture into 3 serving glasses and serve immediately for the best contrast of textures.
