Ingredients
- 300 g salmon
- 200 g shrimp
- 50 g cod
- 100 ml cream sauce
- 300 g cauliflower purée topping
- 1 tbsp dill
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) to prepare for baking the pie.
- Cut the salmon and cod into bite-sized chunks and arrange them in an even layer in a deep oven-safe dish along with the shrimp.
- Sprinkle the dill evenly over the seafood, then pour the cream sauce over the top to coat all the fish and shrimp thoroughly.
- Spoon the cauliflower purée topping over the seafood and sauce layer, spreading it evenly with a spatula to fully cover the filling.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 24 minutes, or until the cauliflower topping is lightly golden and the filling is bubbling at the edges.
- Allow the pie to rest for 5 minutes before serving to let the filling set slightly.
