Ingredients

  • 300 g salmon
  • 200 g shrimp
  • 50 g cod
  • 100 ml cream sauce
  • 300 g cauliflower purée topping
  • 1 tbsp dill

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) to prepare for baking the pie.
  2. Cut the salmon and cod into bite-sized chunks and arrange them in an even layer in a deep oven-safe dish along with the shrimp.
  3. Sprinkle the dill evenly over the seafood, then pour the cream sauce over the top to coat all the fish and shrimp thoroughly.
  4. Spoon the cauliflower purée topping over the seafood and sauce layer, spreading it evenly with a spatula to fully cover the filling.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 24 minutes, or until the cauliflower topping is lightly golden and the filling is bubbling at the edges.
  6. Allow the pie to rest for 5 minutes before serving to let the filling set slightly.
