Ingredients

  • 300 g ground beef
  • 200 g zucchini noodles
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Method

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through.
  2. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and stir-fry with the ground beef for 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and lightly golden.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce and the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil, tossing everything together so the beef and mushrooms are evenly coated in the sauce.
  4. Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat until just tender but still slightly firm, ensuring they do not release too much moisture.
  5. Toss all ingredients together for a final minute so the zucchini noodles absorb the seasoned sauce, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
