Ingredients
- 300 g ground beef
- 200 g zucchini noodles
- 150 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through.
- Add the mushrooms to the skillet and stir-fry with the ground beef for 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and lightly golden.
- Pour in the soy sauce and the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil, tossing everything together so the beef and mushrooms are evenly coated in the sauce.
- Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat until just tender but still slightly firm, ensuring they do not release too much moisture.
- Toss all ingredients together for a final minute so the zucchini noodles absorb the seasoned sauce, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
