Ingredients
- 300 g lamb
- 50 g turnip slices
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tbsp bone broth
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) for approximately 5 minutes.
- Cut the lamb into bite-sized chunks and arrange them in the bottom of a deep casserole dish.
- Layer the turnip slices evenly over the lamb pieces.
- Sprinkle the thyme over the layered ingredients and pour the bone broth over the top.
- Cover the casserole dish with a lid or foil and place it in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 43 minutes until the lamb is tender and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, let rest for 2 minutes, and serve hot directly from the casserole dish.
