Ingredients
- 200 g shrimp
- 2 tbsp marie Rose sauce
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 (juiced) lemon
- 1 piece avocado
Method
- Arrange the lettuce in the bottom of two serving glasses or bowls.
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and divide evenly between the two glasses, layering on top of the lettuce.
- Drizzle the marie Rose sauce over the shrimp, using 1 tablespoon per serving.
- Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and sauce.
- Slice the avocado and arrange the slices alongside the shrimp in each glass.
- Serve immediately while the shrimp is chilled and ready to eat.
