Ingredients

  • 200 g shrimp
  • 2 tbsp marie Rose sauce
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 (juiced) lemon
  • 1 piece avocado

Method

  1. Arrange the lettuce in the bottom of two serving glasses or bowls.
  2. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and divide evenly between the two glasses, layering on top of the lettuce.
  3. Drizzle the marie Rose sauce over the shrimp, using 1 tablespoon per serving.
  4. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and sauce.
  5. Slice the avocado and arrange the slices alongside the shrimp in each glass.
  6. Serve immediately while the shrimp is chilled and ready to eat.
