Method
- Slice the pork belly into thin pieces approximately 3-4 mm thick and arrange on a plate.
- Mince the garlic cloves finely and mix with the ssamjang in a small bowl to create a dipping sauce.
- Heat a Korean tabletop grill or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes until hot.
