  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Method

  1. Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fragrant, then set aside to cool.
  2. Arrange the arugula as a base across three serving plates.
  3. Crumble the Stilton evenly over the arugula on each plate.
  4. Scatter the toasted walnuts over the Stilton and arugula.
  5. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar evenly over each plate and serve immediately.
