  • 1 tsp sausage
  • 30 g almond flour dough
  • 4 pieces eggs
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp thyme

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and place a baking dish inside to heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until cooked through, then transfer to the preheated baking dish.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, almond flour dough, mustard, and thyme in a bowl until smooth and well combined.
  4. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the sausage in the hot baking dish.
  5. Bake for 28-30 minutes until the batter is golden brown and set in the center.
