- 30 g almond flour dough
- 4 pieces eggs
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp thyme
Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and place a baking dish inside to heat for 5 minutes.
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until cooked through, then transfer to the preheated baking dish.
- Whisk together the eggs, almond flour dough, mustard, and thyme in a bowl until smooth and well combined.
