  • 150 g fried small fish
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 (juiced) lemon
  • 50 g capers
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Method

  1. Squeeze the lemon and set the juice aside to use as the dressing base.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the arugula and capers, tossing gently to distribute evenly.
  3. Scatter the fried small fish over the arugula and caper mixture, taking care not to break up the fish.
  4. Drizzle the lemon juice over the assembled salad and toss lightly to coat all the ingredients.
  5. Finish by sprinkling the chopped parsley over the top and serve immediately at room temperature.
