- 1 (juiced) lemon
- 50 g capers
- 1 tbsp parsley
Method
- Squeeze the lemon and set the juice aside to use as the dressing base.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the arugula and capers, tossing gently to distribute evenly.
- Scatter the fried small fish over the arugula and caper mixture, taking care not to break up the fish.
