Ingredients
- 400g Broccoli florets (raw or blanched)
- 60g Pastrami, fried and chopped
- 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Cut broccoli into small florets and optionally blanch for 2 minutes, then plunge into ice water.
- Make the dressing by mixing mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar.
- Toss broccoli, pastrami and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
- Add the dressing and mix.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
