Ingredients

  • 400g Broccoli florets (raw or blanched)
  • 60g Pastrami, fried and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Cut broccoli into small florets and optionally blanch for 2 minutes, then plunge into ice water.
  2. Make the dressing by mixing mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Toss broccoli, pastrami and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
  4. Add the dressing and mix.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
