Ingredients
- 150 g bowl mushrooms
- 60 g mozzarella
- 80 g cream cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp parsley
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
- Clean the bowl mushrooms and remove the stems to create a hollow cavity in each cap, then arrange them gill-side up on the prepared tray.
- Fill each mushroom cap generously with cream cheese, pressing it firmly into the hollow.
- Tear or slice the mozzarella and lay it over the cream cheese-filled mushrooms to cover the tops completely.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and finish with a scattering of freshly chopped parsley before serving immediately.
