Ingredients

  • 150 g bowl mushrooms
  • 60 g mozzarella
  • 80 g cream cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Clean the bowl mushrooms and remove the stems to create a hollow cavity in each cap, then arrange them gill-side up on the prepared tray.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap generously with cream cheese, pressing it firmly into the hollow.
  4. Tear or slice the mozzarella and lay it over the cream cheese-filled mushrooms to cover the tops completely.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and finish with a scattering of freshly chopped parsley before serving immediately.
