  • 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 4 oz (115g) Chicken thigh, sliced
  • 1 tsp Shawarma spice blend (cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric)
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1-2 tsp Water (to thin tahini)
  • 2 tbsp Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Method

  1. Toss chicken with shawarma spice and olive oil; sear in a hot skillet 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Whisk tahini with lemon juice and enough water to make a drizzle-able sauce.
  3. Drizzle tahini across the keto wrap; layer chicken, red onion, and parsley. Roll up and slice in half.
