- 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 4 oz (115g) Chicken thigh, sliced
- 1 tsp Shawarma spice blend (cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric)
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1-2 tsp Water (to thin tahini)
- 2 tbsp Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
Method
- Toss chicken with shawarma spice and olive oil; sear in a hot skillet 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
- Whisk tahini with lemon juice and enough water to make a drizzle-able sauce.
