Ingredients
- 2 cups (224g) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup (112g) Almond flour
- 2 oz (56g) Cream cheese
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup (150g) Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 egg + 1 tbsp water Egg wash
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt mozzarella with cream cheese in the microwave. Mix in almond flour and 1 egg to form dough.
- Mix feta with parsley and remaining egg for the filling.
- Roll dough between parchment sheets into a large rectangle.
- Spread filling evenly, then roll up tightly like a log. Cut into 6 pieces.
- Arrange in a greased baking dish, brush with egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
