Ingredients
- 2 medium Tomatoes, diced
- 1 large Cucumber, diced
- 1 Green pepper, diced
- 1/2 small Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Sumac (optional)

Method
- Dice all vegetables into small, uniform pieces.
