Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 Green peppers, sliced
- 2 medium Tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic
- to taste Salt, pepper, cumin
Method
- Sear beef strips in butter over high heat for 3 minutes. Remove.
- Sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add peppers, cook 3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes until saucy.
- Return beef to the pan. Season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook 2 more minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot with a side salad.
