Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs (680g) Beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 Green peppers, sliced
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • to taste Salt, pepper, cumin

Method

  1. Sear beef strips in butter over high heat for 3 minutes. Remove.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add peppers, cook 3 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes until saucy.
  4. Return beef to the pan. Season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook 2 more minutes to heat through.
  6. Serve hot with a side salad.
