Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp Tahini
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 clove(s) Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Boil cauliflower, drain and let cool.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cumin.
  4. Serve with celery sticks or cucumber.
