Ingredients
- 1 medium Cauliflower
- 3 tbsp Tahini
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 clove(s) Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin
- to taste Salt
Method
- Boil cauliflower, drain and let cool.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cumin.
- Serve with celery sticks or cucumber.
