Ingredients

  • 400g Lamb leg, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup Full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 pieces Almond flour flatbread (keto pide)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes

Method

  1. Season lamb slices with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  2. Sear lamb in a hot skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and stir in tomato paste. Cook 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add 1/4 cup hot water to make a smooth sauce.
  5. Place keto flatbread on plates, top with sliced lamb.
  6. Drizzle hot tomato butter sauce over the meat. Serve with a generous dollop of yogurt.
