Ingredients
- 400g Lamb leg, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1/2 cup Full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 pieces Almond flour flatbread (keto pide)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- to taste Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
Method
- Season lamb slices with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Sear lamb in a hot skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and stir in tomato paste. Cook 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add 1/4 cup hot water to make a smooth sauce.
- Place keto flatbread on plates, top with sliced lamb.
- Drizzle hot tomato butter sauce over the meat. Serve with a generous dollop of yogurt.
