Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Large shrimp, peeled
- 3 medium Tomatoes, diced
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Green pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup shredded Kashar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp each Red pepper flakes, oregano
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté garlic and peppers in butter for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes until saucy.
- Season with red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to an oven-safe dish, top with cheese.
- Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
