Ingredients
- 2 cups (224g) Almond flour
- 1/2 cup (113g) Butter, softened
- 1/3 cup Erythritol, powdered
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 large Egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Cream butter with powdered erythritol until fluffy.
- Add egg yolk and vanilla. Mix well.
- Fold in almond flour and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Shape into crescents or rounds. Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are barely golden.
- Cool completely on the tray—they firm up as they cool.
