Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 medium Tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium Green pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes

Method
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced peppers and sauté for 3 minutes until softened.
- Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until they break down and release juices.
- Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Crack eggs directly into the pan and gently stir until just set, about 3-4 minutes.
