- 50g White cheese (feta-style), crumbled
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Pour in the egg mixture, cook on low heat.
- When half cooked, sprinkle with white cheese and parsley.
- Fold in half, cook for 1 more minute and serve.
