  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 oz (56g) Feta or beyaz peynir
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley or dill
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt.
  2. Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour in eggs and let set for 1 minute.
  4. Scatter crumbled cheese, tomatoes, and herbs on one half.
  5. Fold the omelet and cook 1 more minute.
  6. Serve immediately.
