- 2 oz (56g) Feta or beyaz peynir
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley or dill

Method
- Beat eggs with a pinch of salt.
- Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour in eggs and let set for 1 minute.
- Scatter crumbled cheese, tomatoes, and herbs on one half.
