Ingredients
- 1.5 cups (168g) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup (84g) Almond flour
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 cup (75g) Feta cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped Fresh parsley
- for shallow frying Avocado oil for frying
Method
- Make fathead dough: melt mozzarella with cream cheese, mix in almond flour and egg.
- Mix feta with parsley for the filling.
- Roll dough thin and cut into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll up tightly.
- Shallow fry in avocado oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
