Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups (168g) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup (84g) Almond flour
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped Fresh parsley
  • for shallow frying Avocado oil for frying

Method

  1. Make fathead dough: melt mozzarella with cream cheese, mix in almond flour and egg.
  2. Mix feta with parsley for the filling.
  3. Roll dough thin and cut into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll up tightly.
  5. Shallow fry in avocado oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
