Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups (168g) Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Erythritol
  • 2 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan.
  2. Whisk eggs with erythritol until fluffy.
  3. Add tahini, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Fold in almond flour, baking powder, poppy seeds, and salt.
  5. Pour into pan and bake 28-30 minutes.
  6. Cool before slicing. Drizzle with extra tahini if desired.
