Ingredients
- 1.5 cups (168g) Almond flour
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Erythritol
- 2 tbsp Poppy seeds
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan.
- Whisk eggs with erythritol until fluffy.
- Add tahini, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Fold in almond flour, baking powder, poppy seeds, and salt.
- Pour into pan and bake 28-30 minutes.
- Cool before slicing. Drizzle with extra tahini if desired.
