- 1 cup Tahini
- 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
- 1/3 cup Erythritol or sweetener
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Form walnut-sized balls and arrange on parchment paper.
- Gently press with a fork to create crosshatch marks.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool — they firm up as they cool.
