  • 1 cup Tahini
  • 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 1/3 cup Erythritol or sweetener
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Form walnut-sized balls and arrange on parchment paper.
  4. Gently press with a fork to create crosshatch marks.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool — they firm up as they cool.
