Ingredients
- 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 1.5 oz (40g) Pastrami (Turkish cured beef), sliced
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 oz (28g) Kashar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Butter
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Warm pastrami in a dry nonstick skillet 30 seconds per side; set aside.
- Melt butter, pour in whisked eggs, and soft-scramble over medium-low heat 2 minutes.
- Scatter kashar over the wrap; lay pastrami and eggs down the center. Roll up and serve hot.
