Ingredients

  • 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 1.5 oz (40g) Pastrami (Turkish cured beef), sliced
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 oz (28g) Kashar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Warm pastrami in a dry nonstick skillet 30 seconds per side; set aside.
  2. Melt butter, pour in whisked eggs, and soft-scramble over medium-low heat 2 minutes.
  3. Scatter kashar over the wrap; lay pastrami and eggs down the center. Roll up and serve hot.
