- 1/2 medium Cabbage
- 100 g Pastrami (Cured beef)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- to taste Salt
Method
- Shred the cabbage finely.
- Cut pastrami into small pieces, render the fat in a pan.
- Add cabbage and saute over medium heat for 10-12 min.
- Season with red pepper flakes and salt.
- Serve when caramelized.
