  • 1/2 medium Cabbage
  • 100 g Pastrami (Cured beef)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Shred the cabbage finely.
  2. Cut pastrami into small pieces, render the fat in a pan.
  3. Add cabbage and saute over medium heat for 10-12 min.
  4. Season with red pepper flakes and salt.
  5. Serve when caramelized.
