Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken thigh (boneless, skinless)
  • 8 slices Pastrami (Cured beef) slices
  • 100g Kashkaval cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Flatten chicken thighs, season with salt, pepper and thyme.
  3. Place kashkaval cheese on each and roll up.
  4. Wrap each roll with 2 slices of pastrami.
  5. Arrange in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
