Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken thigh (boneless, skinless)
- 8 slices Pastrami (Cured beef) slices
- 100g Kashkaval cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Thyme
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Flatten chicken thighs, season with salt, pepper and thyme.
- Place kashkaval cheese on each and roll up.
- Wrap each roll with 2 slices of pastrami.
- Arrange in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
