  • 6 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 60g Pastrami, chopped
  • 1/2 piece Red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 handful(s) Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Kashkaval cheese, shredded
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease muffin tins.
  2. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Distribute pastrami, pepper and spinach among the muffin cups.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over them.
  5. Sprinkle with grated kashkaval and bake for 18-20 minutes.
