- 60g Pastrami, chopped
- 1/2 piece Red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 handful(s) Spinach
- 1/4 cup Kashkaval cheese, shredded
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease muffin tins.
- Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Distribute pastrami, pepper and spinach among the muffin cups.
- Pour the egg mixture over them.
- Sprinkle with grated kashkaval and bake for 18-20 minutes.
