Ingredients

  • 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 2 oz (55g) Turkish sausage, thinly sliced
  • 1 oz (28g) Kashar cheese, shredded
  • 2 slices Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Method

  1. Sear the Turkish sausage slices in a dry nonstick skillet 1-2 minutes per side until edges crisp.
  2. Scatter kashar over the keto wrap; warm the wrap briefly in the same skillet until cheese begins to melt.
  3. Layer the sausage, tomato, and parsley down the center. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
