Ingredients
- 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 2 oz (55g) Turkish sausage, thinly sliced
- 1 oz (28g) Kashar cheese, shredded
- 2 slices Tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
Method
- Sear the Turkish sausage slices in a dry nonstick skillet 1-2 minutes per side until edges crisp.
- Scatter kashar over the keto wrap; warm the wrap briefly in the same skillet until cheese begins to melt.
- Layer the sausage, tomato, and parsley down the center. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
