Ingredients

  • 2 Keto bread slices, toasted
  • 2 oz (55g) Turkish sausage, sliced
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 oz (28g) Kashar cheese slice
  • 1/2 tsp Butter
  • to taste Black pepper

Method

  1. Sear the Turkish sausage in a dry skillet 1 minute per side until fat renders; set aside.
  2. Fry the egg in the sausage fat (or butter) over medium heat until whites are set, 2-3 minutes.
  3. Layer kashar, sausage, and the fried egg between toasts. Press lightly so cheese begins to melt and serve.
