Ingredients
- 2 Keto bread slices, toasted
- 2 oz (55g) Turkish sausage, sliced
- 1 Large egg
- 1 oz (28g) Kashar cheese slice
- 1/2 tsp Butter
- to taste Black pepper
Method
- Sear the Turkish sausage in a dry skillet 1 minute per side until fat renders; set aside.
- Fry the egg in the sausage fat (or butter) over medium heat until whites are set, 2-3 minutes.
- Layer kashar, sausage, and the fried egg between toasts. Press lightly so cheese begins to melt and serve.
