Ingredients
- 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 1.5 oz (40g) Turkish sausage, sliced
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 oz (28g) Kashar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Tomato, diced
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Fresh parsley, chopped
Method
- Sear the Turkish sausage in a skillet over medium 1-2 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Add butter; pour in beaten eggs. Soft-scramble 1-2 minutes.
- Warm the wrap. Layer the sausage, eggs, kashar, tomato, and parsley.
- Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
