Ingredients

  • 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 1.5 oz (40g) Turkish sausage, sliced
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 oz (28g) Kashar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Method

  1. Sear the Turkish sausage in a skillet over medium 1-2 minutes per side. Set aside.
  2. Add butter; pour in beaten eggs. Soft-scramble 1-2 minutes.
  3. Warm the wrap. Layer the sausage, eggs, kashar, tomato, and parsley.
  4. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
