Ingredients

  • 300g Beef sirloin, sliced into strips
  • 1 medium Green pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 medium Onion, sliced
  • 1 small Tomato, diced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes

Method

  1. Melt butter in a large pan over high heat.
  2. Season beef strips with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear beef in batches until browned, about 3 minutes. Set aside.
  4. In the same pan, saute onion and pepper for 3 minutes.
  5. Add tomato and cook 2 minutes.
  6. Return beef to the pan, add red pepper flakes, toss everything together.
  7. Cook 2 more minutes and serve hot.
