Ingredients
- 300g Beef sirloin, sliced into strips
- 1 medium Green pepper, sliced
- 1/4 medium Onion, sliced
- 1 small Tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp Butter
- to taste Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
Method
- Melt butter in a large pan over high heat.
- Season beef strips with salt and pepper.
- Sear beef in batches until browned, about 3 minutes. Set aside.
- In the same pan, saute onion and pepper for 3 minutes.
- Add tomato and cook 2 minutes.
- Return beef to the pan, add red pepper flakes, toss everything together.
- Cook 2 more minutes and serve hot.
