- 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 oz (28g) Pastrami, sliced
- 1/4 Avocado, sliced
- 3/4 oz (20g) Kashar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Butter
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Warm pastrami briefly in a dry skillet; set aside.
- Melt butter; soft-scramble whisked eggs over medium-low heat 2 minutes.
- Scatter kashar over the wrap. Layer eggs, pastrami, and avocado down the center. Roll up and serve.
