  • 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 oz (28g) Pastrami, sliced
  • 1/4 Avocado, sliced
  • 3/4 oz (20g) Kashar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Warm pastrami briefly in a dry skillet; set aside.
  2. Melt butter; soft-scramble whisked eggs over medium-low heat 2 minutes.
  3. Scatter kashar over the wrap. Layer eggs, pastrami, and avocado down the center. Roll up and serve.
