Ingredients

  • 300g Chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 medium Green pepper, diced
  • 1 small Tomato, diced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste
  • to taste Salt, pepper, paprika

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat.
  2. Season chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Sear chicken until golden on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add diced peppers and cook 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in tomato, tomato paste, and a splash of water.
  6. Simmer 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
