Ingredients
- 300g Chicken breast, cubed
- 1 medium Green pepper, diced
- 1 small Tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- to taste Salt, pepper, paprika
Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat.
- Season chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear chicken until golden on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Add diced peppers and cook 3 minutes.
- Stir in tomato, tomato paste, and a splash of water.
- Simmer 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
