Ingredients
- 250g Ground beef
- 250g Ground lamb
- 1 small Onion, grated and squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Aleppo pepper flakes
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Combine meats, onion, parsley, cumin, pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
- Knead for 3-4 minutes until well combined.
- Shape into oval patties, about 2 inches long.
- Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve with a simple green salad and yogurt on the side.
