Ingredients
- 300 g sea bass
- 50 g sea bream
- 1 (juiced) lemon
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup arugula
Method
- Rinse the sea bass and sea bream under cold water, pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels, and place them on a clean work surface.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic, then brush this marinade generously over both sides of the sea bass and sea bream.
- Allow the fish to marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes so the Turkish-style marinade penetrates the flesh before grilling.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat, then cook the sea bass and sea bream for approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side until the skin is charred and the flesh flakes easily.
- Transfer the grilled sea bass and sea bream to a large serving platter and arrange the fresh arugula alongside the fish.
- Drizzle any remaining lemon juice over the fish and arugula just before serving to brighten the traditional Turkish flavors.
