Ingredients

  • 150 g chicken
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses

Method

  1. Season the 150 g of chicken and cook it in a hot pan for approximately 4 minutes, turning once, until cooked through and lightly golden.
  2. Remove the chicken from the heat and allow it to rest for 2 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine the arugula, sliced chicken, and 30 g of roughly chopped walnuts.
  4. Crush the 3 cloves of garlic into the 2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses and whisk together to create a tangy Turkish-style dressing.
  5. Drizzle the pomegranate molasses and garlic dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly before serving.
