Ingredients
- 300 g chicken
- 50 g leeks
- 2 tbsp bone broth
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 pieces black pepper
Method
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and slice the leeks into thin rounds, completing all preparation within the first 23 minutes.
- Pour the bone broth into a medium pot and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces to the simmering broth and cook for approximately 20 minutes until the meat is cooked through and tender.
- Stir in the sliced leeks, thyme, and black pepper, allowing the soup to continue simmering for the remaining 23 minutes until the leeks are soft and the flavors have melded together.
- Taste the soup and adjust the black pepper as desired before ladling into bowls and serving hot.
