Ingredients
- 300 g ground pork
- 200 g zucchini noodles
- 2 pieces sichuan pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame paste
Method
- Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat and toast the Sichuan pepper pieces for about 1 minute until fragrant, then remove and crush them coarsely.
- In the same wok over high heat, add the ground pork and stir-fry for 10-12 minutes, breaking it apart continuously until fully browned and slightly crispy.
- Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the sesame paste, coating the ground pork evenly and cooking for a further 2-3 minutes until the paste is fragrant and well combined.
- In a separate pan over medium-high heat, stir-fry the zucchini noodles for 4-5 minutes until just tender but still slightly firm to retain their texture.
- Divide the zucchini noodles among four bowls, top each with the sesame pork mixture, and finish with the crushed Sichuan pepper.
