  • 300 g ground meat
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 pieces eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp yogurt sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method

  1. Combine the ground meat, finely grated onion, minced garlic, and one egg in a bowl, mixing thoroughly until a cohesive mixture forms.
  2. Shape the mixture into small, evenly sized meatballs with your hands, then refrigerate them for 10 minutes to firm up.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs for approximately 20-23 minutes, turning them regularly to achieve an even golden-brown crust on all sides.
  4. While the meatballs cook, whisk the remaining 3 eggs and cook them separately in a lightly buttered pan to your preferred doneness.
  5. Arrange the meatballs and eggs on a serving plate and drizzle the yogurt sauce over the meatballs before serving.
