- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp yogurt sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
Method
- Combine the ground meat, finely grated onion, minced garlic, and one egg in a bowl, mixing thoroughly until a cohesive mixture forms.
- Shape the mixture into small, evenly sized meatballs with your hands, then refrigerate them for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs for approximately 20-23 minutes, turning them regularly to achieve an even golden-brown crust on all sides.
- While the meatballs cook, whisk the remaining 3 eggs and cook them separately in a lightly buttered pan to your preferred doneness.
