Ingredients
- 300 g ground meat
- 1 small onion
- 2 medium tomato
- 2 pieces pepper
- 30 g almond flour base
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Finely dice the onion, tomatoes, and peppers, then combine them thoroughly with the ground meat and almond flour base in a large bowl until a cohesive mixture forms.
- Divide the mixture into 3 equal portions and press each portion directly onto the prepared baking tray, shaping them into thin, flat oval rounds no more than 1 cm thick.
- Bake the flatbreads in the preheated oven for 25–27 minutes, until the meat is fully cooked through and the edges are lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and allow the flatbreads to rest for 3–5 minutes before serving to help them firm up slightly.
