  • 300 g meatballs
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 medium tomato sauce
  • 2 pieces pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) to prepare for baking.
  2. Slice the celery stalks and pepper pieces into bite-sized chunks and arrange them evenly across the base of a baking dish.
  3. Place the 300 g of meatballs on top of the vegetables, distributing them evenly throughout the dish.
  4. Spoon the tomato sauce over the meatballs and vegetables, ensuring everything is well coated.
  5. Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for 16 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is bubbling around the edges.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to rest for 2 minutes before serving across 3 portions.
